Rather than ask someone else’s advice on your business, a better or complementary long term investment might be to develop your own abilities to find those solutions. A business coach will help structure your thinking, challenge your assumptions and bring new perspectives to the process, but will not tell you what you should do.
A business coach is not simply someone successful and experienced in your field of work. He or she should be well skilled and formally qualified in coaching. Sessions for resolving individual issues may stretch over 6 months but not beyond 12. You might then want to continue with your coach and explore a different issue.
In addition, you may feel that you would benefit from developing coaching skills yourself, so that you can practice the techniques with clients or colleagues.
We can introduce you to coaches or training courses to become a coach.
